    CERCOM continues to develop materials and systems with the U.S. Government. Applications include body armor, aircraft and heavy vehicle protection. Quality assurance is a fundamental part of our working practices and manufacturing processes. Our quality program begins the moment we receive your initial inquiry and continues after the delivery of your part with our post-production engineering support.

We use a variety of tools and techniques aimed at achieving a six-sigma quality level. Our quality control program originally based on strict military standards and advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) helps ensure the reproducibility of material as well as functional properties of the finished product. Computer simulation (Finite Element Analysis) of stress and temperature, along with Weibull statistical data measuring defect and flaws within a material are used to optimize product designs.
